The original property was a 5 bedroom, double fronted Victorian terrace house.
Our brief was to maximise sale value by converting the house into self-contained flats.
The house was originally 193sqm where we gained a further 67sqm by way of rear roof, ground and basement extensions under the Permitted Development rights.
With the enlarged envelope of a single dwelling house, we were able to convert the house into 3 separate flats comprising of a 3 bedroom (5p) family-sized garden unit, and two 1 bedroom (2p) split upper maisonette units.
