The original property was a 3 bedroom, double fronted Victorian terrace house.
Our brief was to maximise sale value by converting the house into self-contained flats.
The house was originally 122sqm where we gained a further 30sqm by way of rear, side and roof extensions under the Permitted Development rights.
With the enlarged envelope of a single dwelling house, we were able to convert the house into 2 separate flats comprising of a 3 bedroom (5p) family-sized garden unit, and a 2 bedroom (4p) upper maisonette unit.
