The site was a 3-storey Public House with residential use on the upper floors. Planning permission was granted for conversion of the pub into 3 residential townhouses with 3 additional floors including a full basement.
This is one of the early adopters of the net zero carbon scheme that achieves the highest code for CfSH (Code for Sustainable Homes), featuring integrated solar panels, heat pumps and heat recovery ventilation systems.
