Internal Reconfiguration & Renovation

Concept Design | Interior Design

The property is a 3 bedroom apartment set within the prestigious condominium complex in central Singapore.

Our brief was to create a welcoming home that foster familial interactions. To encourage shared experiences, we replaced the wall separating the kitchen and living areas with a multi-functional breakfast bar for casual meals and gatherings. By partially opening up the kitchen, disparate active areas of the home became much more connected visually whilst still allowing separate activities to take place independently.

The seating arrangements were strategically designed to foster flexible interactions, and furniture layout designed to encourage the indoor and outdoor flows. A new study area was also introduced with glazed partition to allow quiet working without feeling cut off from the family.
